A large-scale, long-running stamp rally collecting the commemorative stamps of 81 roadside stations (Michi-no-Eki) across Niigata, Toyama and Ishikawa prefectures into one official stamp book.

- 81 Hokuriku roadside stations (excluding 3 temporarily closed stations)
- Official rally sheet
- Pay the participation fee to receive the dedicated stamp rally book (price not listed in the official announcement - check at any roadside station)
- Stamping
- Stamps must be pressed directly into the stamp book (cut-and-paste or copies are invalid). For temporarily closed stations, a photo substitute is accepted (up to 3 stations)
- Prizes
- Completion certificate and sticker, plus lottery prizes: Prize A, Prize B, the Noto Prize and the Coupon Rally Prize
- Entry
- Get a staff confirmation stamp in your book, then submit by mail or directly at a roadside station (by March 31, 2028)
