About HANKORE & How to Use
HANKORE is a map and database of commemorative stamps, station stamps, and stamp rallies across Japan, made for people who love collecting stamps.
Find out where stamps are, then keep a record of the ones you actually stamped, with photos. The information grows through everyone's posts.
📔 Your physical stamp book is the star
HANKORE is not a digital stamp book. Stamps are pressed into your real notebook or stamp book. HANKORE helps you find them and keep a record of them - the memories of your trip stay in that one book in your hands.
How it works - 3 steps
- 🔍
1.Find
Use the map or keyword search to discover stamps nearby or ones that catch your eye. Save them with “🔖 Want to go” to plan your trip.
- 📖
2.Stamp
Press the stamp into your book on site. Each stamp page tells you where the stamp is located.
- 📮
3.Record
Post a photo and the date. It becomes your personal record - and a guide for the next visitor.
What we care about
📔
Preserving stamp culture
We keep information about discontinued stamps too. A record of a stamp that once existed is a record of culture.
